These are the stunning colours that pop out when you visit the Mod & Colourful suite Designed by Spaces Collective at our Seasons Condos in North York Park Place. Not only do the colours pop but there is a subtle tone of modern design mixed with funky patterns.
This 888 sq.ft. Penthouse suites feature 2-beds and 2 baths, a spacious balcony and wonderful wood tone finishes throughout. Let’s take an in-depth look into this suite with designer Julia Salerno from Spaces Collective.
The Design Process
Sometimes all it takes is one item to kick off the style and colours of your space. For instance, this suite and all of its magnificent colour patterns and textures started off with the photo above the
living-room couch.
We got our inspiration from the artwork above the sofa, we took all of the colours from that art and placed it within the space. So, you’ll notice the same colours repeat throughout.

The suite features really stand out in the space because they are all multi-coloured, yet they fit cohesively in the space and really extenuate that mod & colour theme. With light and airy floors, dark kitchen wood tones, and medium wood tones on the door frames, bathroom and more.
