The start of 2023 has been a stylish one as Spaces Collective joined our team to bring out four sleek, functional, and eye-popping staged suites located at Concords Park Place, Seasons Condos in North York Toronto. Take an in-depth look the Moody and Masculine 1,265 Sq. Ft. Penthouse suite featuring 3-beds and 3- baths, and how Natalie Balen-Cinelli and Julia Salerno made this vacant suite into a dreamy Mid-Century Modern encapsule.
The Design Process
Ever wonder how designers start their styling journey? With a mood bored of course. Take a look at the first vision of the Mid-Century Modern suite.
We really focused on using a lot of blacks and the deep deep woods to really ground the space and give us a great base to work with. On top of that, we added some lush velvet, cognac leather, and a lot of texture, in natural and graphic designs in out pillows and in our artwork.

It was essential to make note of the suites features and finishes and ensure this style would be the
right fit for a dark and moody design like this. Suite features include a dark wood interior colour scheme, such as the floors and trim, which elevate the dark hues of the furnishings. A grey Carrara marble backsplash with a composite quartz countertop keeps things light and airy, and of course, our
favourite kitchen appliances from Miele.

This suite may not be for sale, however Seasons sister condominium Saisons is currently under construction and will feature the same suite layouts.
